With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Randy’s expertise encompasses a full range of real estate services including land development, project management, owner representation, tenant representation, purchase and sale transactions, and build-to-suits. This diverse background allows Randy to provide a more comprehensive approach to assisting clients with solutions that meet their needs.
Specializing in land, industrial and investment acquisition and sales, Randy makes every effort to treat all clients with the utmost respect, care and sense of urgency.
Prior to joining Texas Overland, Randy worked at Finial Group, Terrenova Real Estate Group and Caldwell Companies.
Randy earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree’s from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
Randy serves on the board of the Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals and has served as President of the Fort Bend MUD #190 since its inception in 2007. He is an active member of the community, participating in numerous volunteer activities and currently serves on the Commercial Exhibits Committee of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. An avid outdoorsman, Randy enjoys fishing, hunting, traveling or just appreciating a nice craft beer on the patio with his bulldog.
