The roots of Texas Overland go all the way back to the 1970’s when it was primarily focused on new construction retail and office development. In 2010, founding member Doug Morrow re-established Texas Overland Company, LLC as a full service commercial brokerage firm in response to a needed opportunity in the market for a real estate firm with a client centric platform providing best in class services regardless of the project scale or monetary value.
